Card Rulings de Reborn Tengu
-The effect of "Reborn Tengu" is mandatory, and will not miss the timing if removed from the field in the middle of a chain.
-The effect of "Reborn Tengu" does not activate if it is removed from the field, and sent to the deck (by effects such as "Raiza The Storm Monarch," "Rainbow Dragon," and "Back To Square One."
-IF "Reborn Tengu" is removed from the field, while face-down, it will not activate. (IE: Destroyed by "Dark Hole," tributed while face-down, or return to your hand by the effect of "Compulsory Evacuation Device.")
-The effect of "Reborn Tengu" activates even when it is tributed for a cost or tribute summon.
-The effect of "Reborn Tengu" will activate during the Damage Step.
-The effect of "Reborn Tengu" will not activate if you do not have any copies of "Reborn Tengu" in your deck, or are unable to Special Summon due to the effect of "Pot of Duality," or "Fossil Dyna Pachyhalo."
-If you chain "The Transmigration Prophecy" to the activation of "Reborn Tengu" and return the "Reborn Tengu" to the deck, you can special summon the same monster, however you have to have a second copy still in your deck for it to activate.
-IF you return "Reborn Tengu" to your hand for the cost of Special Summoning "Ally Genex Birdman" you can special summon another "Reborn Tengu."
